# workers - why join?

(a) First access to new work opportunities: all new work which is directly contracted by Equal Care Co-op shall be advertised exclusively to Worker Members for at least 7 working days.

(b) First access to training opportunities: any training opportunity that is not directly required in the course of carrying out your job shall be exclusively offered to Worker Members for at least 3 working days.
