Why join as a Worker Member of Equal Care Co-op?

You can see more about the general benefits of being a Member of Equal Care Co-op here. These benefits are specific to Worker Membership:

(a) First access to new work opportunities: all new work which is directly contracted by Equal Care Co-op shall be advertised exclusively to Worker Members for at least 7 working days.

(b) First access to training opportunities: any training opportunity that is not directly required in the course of carrying out your job shall be exclusively offered to Worker Members for at least 3 working days.
