"Is everyone being heard? Are meetings effective?"

The role of the Facilitator is to conduct Circle meetings, provide leadership in the decision-making and proposal-shaping process, support listening and mutual understanding, and ensure that the Circle is functioning based on the principles and methods set out in these bylaws and known (largely) as Sociocracy.
